Hello! My name is Cassandra, and I’m a Realtor at Century 21 Northstar in Portland Oregon. As a real estate agent with a degree in Equine Science, I want to share some of my knowledge on equine properties, and the things that are important to think about while searching for the perfect place for you and your horses to live.

While searching, you will find that there are many factors that go into finding the right place for you; Some things will be more or less important depending on what you need the land for, the size of your herd, and if you need land for a hobby farm or a professional pursuit. During this blog series, we will be going over all of these things and breaking it into different criteria to take into consideration while searching. This criteria will include everything from zoning, location, utilities, barns, arenas, and more.

Of course, since everyone has different needs, there will be many questions to help raise awareness and help you decide what is important for YOU.
